You will get full cardiac and vascular imaging, stress test, dexa scan, comprehensive blood work, home sleep study, fitness assessment, nutrition assessment, full stress and mental health assessment.
How often should I get one?
Full assessment is recommended every 3-5 years. A longevity follow-up is recommended once a year to monitor your progress and keep you on track.
Can full body checkups help with weight loss?
Using your bloodwork results, and your body composition data, we will determine your metabolic score which would allow us to build a customized nutrition and exercise plan to help you lose weight.
Are vitamins and supplements part of the recommendations?
Based on your metabolic and health data, we will provide you with a personalized list of vitamins and supplements with scientific evidence to improve your health and longevity.
How does a stress assessment improve health?
Stress would raise your long-term blood levels of cortisol which would contribute to metabolic dysfunction by raising your blood glucose and increase your visceral fat. It also raises your blood pressure which would adversely affect your cardiovascular health. In addition, it disrupts your sleep which would lead to further negative impact on your longevity.
Is a comprehensive health assessment worth it?
Comprehensive health assessment not only improves your lifespan by improving your life expectancy, but also enhances your healthspan which is your quality of life by allowing you to have higher aerobic exercise capacity, better functionality, sleep better and have more energy and vitality. It identifies immediate threats to your health and give you an actionable plan to maintain and improve your overall health and wellbeing.

If you’d prefer, you also have the option to transfer the $100 discount to the person you referred—for a total of $200 discount on their visit. Just let us know your preference. Absolutely! If you live outside of Ontario, you can access all of our regular services. Plus, you have the option to meet directly with a cardiologist by booking a Cardiology Consultation. Please note that out-of-province clients are responsible for covering the cost of blood work, which is $215.
What menopause services does your clinic offer?
Our clinic provides comprehensive, physician‑led menopause care focused on both symptom relief and long‑term health outcomes. Services include personalized menopause evaluations, hormone therapy (including estrogen and progesterone when appropriate), cardiovascular and metabolic risk assessment, bone health optimization, and lifestyle guidance for midlife women. We specialize in evidence‑based menopause care designed to preserve healthspan, cardiovascular health, and quality of life, not just treat hot flashes.
Do you offer hormone therapy for menopause, and is it safe?
Yes. We offer individualized menopause hormone therapy (MHT) when clinically appropriate. Modern hormone therapy is very different from older, one‑size‑fits‑all approaches. When started at the right time and tailored to the individual, MHT can be safe and highly effective for reducing menopausal symptoms while also supporting cardiovascular, metabolic, bone, and cognitive health. All treatment decisions are made after a thorough medical evaluation and shared decision‑making discussion with a gynecologist specialized in menopause.
When should I see a menopause specialist instead of my regular doctor?
You may benefit from seeing a menopause specialist if you are experiencing persistent menopausal symptoms, unexpected changes in weight or cholesterol, sleep disruption, or concerns about heart or bone health during midlife. A menopause‑focused clinic like ours provides deeper expertise in hormonal transitions, cardiovascular risk after menopause, and preventive strategies that are often overlooked in routine primary care visits. Early evaluation can help prevent unnecessary health decline and support long‑term wellbeing.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. Anyone can book directly with us to proactively manage their heart and metabolic health.
